The iForma program is a customized workout program designed for clients to follow at home. The program is a two month at home program with also includes a full nutrition plan catered strictly for the client. Since the workout and the nutrition plan is customized to the client’s needs and goal, the program is therefore far more advanced than following generic online programs posted on YouTube or any other social media.
The complete at home training and nutrition program consists of healthy recipes only and exercises that are rated extremely safe to be performed within your home. The exercises and nutrition plan are tailored to client’s specific health and wellness needs. No two training and nutrition plan are identical. The full program consists of exercises for 60 days period.
Items required for at home training program:
– Two one liter water bottles.
– One back pack or travel bag (small).
– One chair.
– Edge of a sofa or bed.
The routine consists of 10 exercises, in sets of 3 with short 30 second interval between each set:
1) Squats on sofa (3 sets of 10 repetitions).
2) Bottle biceps curl (3 sets of 10 repetitions).
3) Lunges on chair (2 sets of 10 repetitions for each leg, total of 4 sets for both legs).
4) Bottle overhead extension (3 sets of 10 repetitions).
5) Bag rotation squat (3 sets of 10 repetitions).
6) Burpees (15 repetitions).
7) Lying down overhead extension: skull crushes (3 sets of 10 repetitions).
8) Squat hold (hold for 1:30 min).
9) Kneeling push-ups on floor close hand (15 repetition).
10) Travel bag sit ups (3 sets of 10 repetitions).
The above sets of exercises can be performed by anyone, our customized program also caters to your specific health concerns, be that a knee injury or hypertension or anything else that ails your body. The program will consist of modified exercise to help with your workout while strengthening your overall well-being. No need to pay high gym membership fees which does not include any nutritional plan. The iForma program can be followed by people of all ages, whether you are a beginner or have been training for years at the gym or training professionally.
